Core schools are universities where we interview primarily engineering candidates for positions in the U.S. Specialty schools are those which were selected for recruitment of candidates for specialized areas of the organization.
Our Recruiting Approach
We maintain corporate visibility and build ongoing relationships under the Air Liquide name at the universities listed at left, and visit most campuses twice each year.
We maximize our campus visits by encouraging pre-interview presentations and meetings, networking with professors and working with campus engineering and business organizations to participate in their activities.
We also offer many internship opportunities designed to give students practical work experience in key operation and functional areas.
