Trailhead - for Emerging Leaders

Classroom training covering the core businesses and functions of American Air Liquide as well as basic management skills. Training covers several competencies including business acumen, building working relationships within teams, valuing differences, coaching others, facilitating change and managing conflict.

Higher Altitude - For Developing Leaders

This program includes a combination of classroom training and self-directed e-courses on advanced leadership topics. Team assignments provide opportunities to apply and practice new skills on the job. Competencies covered include building trust, aligning performance for success, developing others, high performance coaching, delegating responsibility and valuing differences.

The Summit - For Senior Leaders

Includes Intensive executive education style training for seasoned managers followed by team projects addressing real business issues. Key competencies at this level include developing an enterprise perspective, cultivating career leadership skills, inspiring and motivating others, improving networking skills across the organization, leveraging technology and innovation, and capitalizing upon diversity.
