Air Liquide’s crust freezing device, Crust Flow-V™, is suited for crust and full quick freezing of small products such as meat and cheese cubes, ground meat, and seafood for individually quick frozen (IQF) quality. The surface of the product is rapidly frozen in a vibrating, vacuum insulated, stainless steel tray to ensure simultaneous free-rolling freezing and transport of your food product.
